Learner Listing, Class, Individual, Credential Summary, and General Summary are the type of reports available under the Reports tab drop-down. Reports show all activity associated with a learner across products. Depending on your login role, reports can be generated according to location, class, and individual student. You can generate a report according to start and end dates or with no parameters set, the report will show data for all time on the system.  

Reports can be downloaded as a .CSV file by clicking the Excel  icon. 

For account level administrators, report options are first listed according to site or location, with the capability of drilling down into classes and individual students. 

For instructors, report options begin with choosing the name of the class of learning venue and viewing a list of all associated students. Choose a specific student and you will get an individual report for that student. 

Choose a different program title to generate a new report.
